Agreement Form from your partner. Send a copy of both to the HomeLink office in your

in our home, the use of telephone and electrical appliances, and the use of our car

I understand that the cancellation of an exchange, once a clear written agreement has
been reached is a serious matter and may lead to my exclusion from any further partici-
pation in a HomeLink home exchange.

It is understood and agreed by both parties that the exchange of homes for a vacation 
is a non-commercial agreement. It is not a loan of property, nor is it concerned with 
the giving or receiving of any type of benefit. Each party to the exchange invites the 
other to occupy their home as a guest for the specified period.We further agree
